After the recent retirement of Rod Miller, BGAV is currently seeking its next Director for Eagle Eyrie, a beautiful camp and conference center nestled in the mountains of Lynchburg, VA. The Director is responsible for the overall management and administration of the camp ministry. They will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to ensure the successful operation of the camp, while promoting the spiritual growth and well-being of campers and staff.

Situated on over 400 acres of mountain land and rolling hills, Eagle Eyrie is a vibrant, year-round, Christ-centered ministry that touches the lives of over 15,000 children and adults each year. Established in 1956 as a ministry of Baptist General Association of Virginia, our camp offers comfortable lodging, purposeful meeting areas, delicious food, and a range of recreational activities, including athletic fields and a swimming pool.
