The Concord Baptist Association is currently in search of a Coordinator of missions. this is a part-time position of 20 hours per week and requires a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years Christian leadership experience. The ideal candidate should be a devoted Christian, able to initiate and complete new ministries and programs, have strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, ability to collaboratively engage with community partners, have proven organizational skills, be a "self-starter", and have basic office administration skills.
