FBC Henderson, a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship church, is seeking a full-time Minister of Families and Formation who will lead congregational faith formation and will have primary responsibility for all ministries related to children through the 8th grade. We seek someone who can teach, inspire volunteers, train future leaders, and develop partnerships across generations. Our ideal candidate will be deeply devoted to Christ and the local church, highly relational, self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic. A degree in early childhood/elementary education, religion, or experience in a related field is required. Theological education from an acceptable Seminary or Divinity School is preferred.
