White Stone Baptist Church, located on the beautiful and serene Northern Neck of Virginia, surrounded by the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay, is in search of its next pastor. The congregation is small but extremely active. The goal of White Stone Baptist Church is to find an experienced pastor who exemplifies servant leadership skills and practices, will bring strong biblical knowledge and has the ability to communicate the truths of scripture in a practical and effective manner. Our desire is to find a pastor who understands the importance of building relationships with church members in a manner that encourages both congregation and pastor to work together in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and building bridges of love and trust. While a full-time pastor is preferred, a part time pastor will be given full consideration as well. The goal of spreading the word, living a prayer-filled, devotional life, being there for one another and walking together in God’s Service (both inside and outside of the church walls) is at the foundation of what makes this small-town, moderate Baptist church special.
