The Senior Pastor position for Louisa Baptist Church entails: 1. Ministry through effective preaching weekly. 2. Regular visitation to those in need. 3. Pastoral care in crisis situations. 4. Administrative leadership and supervision of employees. 5. Development of Biblical education programs. 6. Attendance at associational, state, and denominational meetings. 7. Support for gospel centered outreach sometimes in partnership with community organizations and other churches. 8. Loyalty to Baptist beliefs as found in the Scriptures and in the LBC Statement of Faith. 9. Ordained Baptist minister and a graduate of college and seminary. 10. Availability throughout the week including office hours.
