Qualifications are as follow: ● Be able to lead worship in a church context, ● Be proficient in vocals and in piano and/or guitar, and ● Strive to set a Christ-like example both in professional and private life. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Coordinate Sunday morning worship services and special services, such as Christmas Eve, Maundy Thursday, etc. ● Coordinate, lead, and direct worship services using various styles of worship including traditional hymns, new hymns, and praise songs ● Include or involve a variety of available music groups and assist as needed ● Report to and work under the direction of the Pastor of Beaver Dam Baptist Church TERMS of EMPLOYMENT: ● Twelve (12) month year ● Weekly range of work between 8-10 hours ● Six (6) weeks vacation ● Salary range $12,000 - $15,000, commensurate with experience
