With more than 30 years serving others—including as a senior pastor, missionary, and youth minister—Skip offers BGAV churches guidance and resources informed by experience. He loves helping them think about and dream about their future. A resident of Waynesboro, Virginia, he graduated from Golden Gate Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree, is married to Elise, and has three grown children.
Jody’s background includes church planting, children’s ministry, and nonprofit work. As a field strategist, she’s able to combine that with her spiritual gifts of prayer and encouragement and skills like mentoring, teaching, and connecting people. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Florida State University. Jody and her husband, Phil, have two grown children and live in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.

Andy comes to the BGAV after serving over two decades as a lead pastor as well as having experience with coaching and leadership training. He has a BS in English from East Tennessee State University with a minor in Psychology, and he is a certified member of The John Maxwell Leadership Team. He is also a Credentialed Trainer in 3rd Dimensional Coaching. Andy says, "I thrive in environments where a team is working together to develop strategic solutions to issues that stagnate growth and development. And I enjoy preaching/teaching—especially exhorting and bringing hope and expectation." Andy and his wife Marsha are parents to four grown children.
Karl has served in a number of vocational ministry roles including youth minister, missionary, and pastor. That experience now helps him serve BGAV pastors and churches as a field strategist. He earned his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Judy are parents to a daughter and live in Henrico, Virginia.

A teacher, pastor, and writer, Brian has led congregations as a minister and classrooms as a professor. He continues that work of guiding others in his field strategist role for the BGAV. Brian received a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary, a Master of Theology from Southeastern Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Baylor University. He and his wife Donna reside in Hampton, Virginia, are parents to two, and grandparents to four.

From preaching and teaching to developing and coaching ministry leaders, Eddie is gifted at connecting pastors and churches to helpful resources. He completed his education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, including a Pastoral Counseling degree. He is married to Kathy, they live in Hampton, Virginia, and together they have five children and thirteen grandchildren.
Susan is called to equip people on their unique journeys in understanding God and their place in this world. She's living out her calling as a chaplain, collegiate minister, and as a team leader at BGAV, serving leaders and pastors. She holds a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and now makes her home in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
