Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a nurturing environment for students. This role is essential in helping to create an engaging learning atmosphere that promotes the development of essential skills in early childhood education. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with students, providing guidance and support in various educational activities. Responsibilities • Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to meet the needs of all students. • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment conducive to student growth. • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding their child's education. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery. This includes wiping down tables and chairs, vacuuming floors, emptying the trash, and storing games, books and others back in its place. Experience • Previous experience working with students in an educational and religious setting is preferred. • Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners are essential for success in this role.
