The Associate Pastor of Youth would serve as facilitator of all youth programs and ministries, coordinating with other persons and committees to implement programs/activities of teaching, fellowship, missions, and youth involvement in worship services when appropriate. The Pastor of Youth will need to maintain communication with youth, their families, and their leaders, and provide teacher training for leaders of youth ministries. This position will also assist the Pastor in planning, scheduling and conducting any special services and may be asked to fill the pulpit in the absence of the Pastor.
