The Director will give highest priority to the leadership and spiritual nurture of middle school and high school students and young adults up to age twenty-two. The Director will develop programs, events and strategies that will encourage youth and their families to deepen their spiritual lives and grow in their understanding of God and their commitment to God’s kingdom.
