Christian Counseling and Training Center (cctcinc.org) is seeking a part-time Executive Director. Join a small Richmond-area nonprofit in its 45th year, working with a group of volunteer Christian counselors. Serve humbly with your strategic leadership, relationship development, communication, training, budget preparation and fundraising skills. Guides the organization’s vision, manages daily operations to ensure financial stewardship and compliance, and fosters relationships with churches, community partners, volunteers and donors. Reports to the volunteer Board of Directors and oversees a part-time administrative assistant. This role requires a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with CCTC’s mission.
