Job Description Full-time manager of facilities and maintenance CrossRoads Camp & Conference Center Reports to: Operations & Pastoral Director and Executive Director / Treasurer This posting is for an interim period starting immediately and ending November 30 (with the possibility of extended employment). Position Summary: The Facilities Manager manages, plans, and implements preventative and scheduled maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment at CrossRoads. This person manages all housekeeping, facilities, and maintenance staff and works with the CrossRoads Team and HerMission staff as needed. The Facilities Manager also manages volunteer groups related to facilities and grounds. Hours & Compensation: - Status: Full-time, interim (September through November, 2025) - Hours: 40 hours per week - Pay: Salary is commensurate with experience and starts at $30,000 - Housing: On-site housing included - Meals: Limited board (meals during hosting events and leftovers when available)
