West Side Baptist Church is seeking an Interim Worship Ministry Coordinator. This individual will take the lead in planning our worship ministry in coordination with the Senior Pastor and other staff, ensuring that the musical selections and other elements in each service create an atmosphere of worship, prepare the way for Biblical teaching, and facilitate a response from worshippers. West Side Baptist has sought to maintain a style of worship that blends traditional hymns with contemporary worship music. This is a part-time position of up to 18 hours per week, but typically requires 10-15 hours. There are no benefits. Pay will be commensurate with education and experience.
