Position Summary We are prayerfully seeking a part-time, bi-vocational Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, shepherd our congregation, and guide the church in fulfilling its mission. The Head Pastor will preach God’s Word faithfully, lead in worship, provide pastoral care, and help equip the church for ministry and outreach. Key Responsibilities • Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity and conviction. • Provide pastoral care and prayer support to individuals and families. • Work with church leadership to set vision, direction, and ministry priorities. • Represent the church in the community and encourage outreach and evangelism. Qualifications • A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a life reflecting biblical character. • Support the church’s statement of faith and mission. • Demonstrated ability to preach, teach, and lead biblically.
