Windsor Baptist Church, Windsor Va, seeks a full-time pastor to lead us in spiritual growth, gospel proclamation, and Christ centered service. We are a New Testament church committed to worship, discipleship, and outreach, and we believe God is preparing a shepherd to walk with us in the next season of our 146 years of serving the Lord in our community and neighboring areas The pastor will serve as the spiritual leader of the church, guiding the congregation, staff and ministry teams, and fulfilling our mission. This includes preaching the word during Sunday worship, providing pastoral care, and working collaboratively with deacons and committees to ensure the spiritual welfare of the church.
