-Prepare and deliver Biblically sound, engaging sermons -Provide pastoral care and visitation -Develop and implement a strategic plan for Church growth and outreach -Equip members for evangelism and service -Work with deacons and ministry leaders to strengthen and expand ministries -Work with the Leadership committee to coordinate ministries, provide strategic direction, and ensure accountability -Lead efforts to build children's, youth, and young adult programs
