OHBC is a congregation that is distinguished by its dedication to Bible study for all ages (both clergy- and laity-led) and to its engagement and support for the local immigrant community, highlighted by--but not limited to--a decades-old English language program staffed by volunteers from the congregation. We are seeking an Individual who values and understands the importance of leading a diverse community, and who can create a welcoming environment for individuals from various ethnic, generational, and socio-political backgrounds. Our new Senior Pastor will be an inspiring preacher and compassionate leader, capable of listening to, collaborating with, and empowering both church staff and lay leadership to fulfill our shared mission.
