Bealeton Baptist Church Senior Pastor
Position Overview
Bealeton Baptist Church, a multi-generational congregation in southern Fauquier County (Bealeton, Virginia), is seeking a dedicated and spiritually grounded Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual shepherd (with the support of an Elder Board), guiding members of all ages in their faith journey, inspiring growth, and creating an environment that encourages spiritual transformation.
Bealeton Baptist Church (BBC) was founded in 1832 in southern Fauquier County and has been an active place of worship for almost 200 years. Today the church has an average of 150 people in attendance for worship and bible study on Sunday morning. We believe in creating a welcoming space where people from all walks of life can encounter God’s grace and be equipped to share it with the world. We have a genuine focus on reaching out to our surrounding community with the love of Jesus and feel as though there are great opportunities to continue to grow in that mission. BBC is a contemporary fellowship that integrates current styles of music while honoring time-tested hymns. We have a casual atmosphere, are passionate about our mission, and enthusiastic in spirit.
