We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Preschool Director to lead and inspire our team of loving and talented preschool teachers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations, ensure compliance with NAEYC credentialing and foster a Christ centered and loving environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive program excellence, promote staff development, and strengthen relationships with families, the church, and the community. Duties: * Manage the overall operation of the preschool, including staffing, budgeting, daily operations and developmentally appropriate practices * Foster a safe, caring and loving environment for the children and their parents * Spark imagination, share God’s love, build self esteem, and help children to discover new things each day. * Maintain records for enrollment, faculty, and accreditation Job Requirements * Must be 21 years of age and must be a Christian * Must have at least two years of Preschool Assistant Director experience in a church preschool * Must have CPR training and the ability to administer an EpiPen in emergency situations or be willing to obtain these skills within a reasonable period of time once hired * Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred, but candidates with a BS degree and Preschool Assistant Director as well as Pteschool teaching experience will be considered. The successful candidate will work with the teachers , the Winfree Preschool Committee , and the Senior Pastor to ensure that the program of care and education is suited to the needs and ages of the children.
