BGAV churches participated in the 2022 SBC Compensation Study conducted between April 1 and June 30, 2022. The study is a partnership of Baptist state conventions along with GuideStone Financial Resources and LifeWay Research.

Data acquired by the study can be accessed at www.lifeway.com/compensationsurvey. The findings from this survey are critical in helping BGAV churches establish competitive compensation packages for ministers and church staff.
