BGAV’s Annual Meeting is more than just a date on the calendar—it’s a time to gather, worship, learn, and be inspired together as a Virginia Baptist family. This year, we’re heading to beautiful Abingdon, VA, for three days of connection, encouragement, and practical tools to help you press forward in God’s mission for your church and community, all centered around the theme, Mission Forward, and the scripture focus, Philippians 3:14.

We’re bringing back some favorites—like our fun- and fellowship-filled tailgate and the ever-popular Ministry Fair—and adding exciting new elements.

This year’s worship on Tuesday and Wednesday will be led by the incredible band, Chosen Road, blending Appalachian roots with heartfelt praise. And we’re introducing our brand-new Learning Lab format: interactive, hands-on sessions designed to give you practical ideas you can use right away, complete with real-life ministry stories and resources to take home.
