VBF Appoints Todd Fuller as CEO
VBF trustees announce Fuller's appointment
March 10, 2022—The board of trustees of Virginia Baptist Foundation (VBF) announced today the appointment of Todd J. Fuller as CEO. Fuller served as the foundation’s CFO since 1990.

More than three decades of VBF experience, coupled with comprehensive client servicing and advancement collaboration, prepared Fuller for his new role.
“Throughout my VBF career, it has been rewarding to see individuals increase their charitable giving and churches grow their ministries through active money management,” Fuller said. “I am honored by this appointment and excited about the continued opportunity to expand Christian ministries by working alongside our experienced team.
Board Chair Jim Wilkerson added, “The foundation is truly fortunate to have someone of Todd’s caliber and dedication to lead our organization into its 100th year of service. His knowledge of the foundation is remarkable and positions us for growth.”
Fuller is a graduate of Radford University. He and his wife, Lori, have three children and one grand daughter whom they treasure. He is an avid golfer, as well as a fan of North Carolina basketball and Virginia Tech football. He is an active member of Gayton Baptist Church in Glen Allen.
